Orthodontic Treatment Cost

The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary depending upon the needed treatment, time to treat, and types of orthodontic appliances used.  After a thorough clinical examination, Dr. Snyder will discuss your individual treatment options so that together an appropriate plan of treatment can be decided upon.  Once the course of action is agreed upon, our new patient coordinator will discuss with you the cost of the treatment and payment plan options.  We will work with you to develop payment options so that you know how your payments will be made prior to the start of any treatment.

Affordable Payment Plans

Your smile is yours forever and we want to make it as easy as possible to receive the best orthodontic care when you need it. To fit your individual needs we can typically extend your payment for orthodontic treatment over a period of months. If payment is completed at the start of treatment, we offer a fee discount. For your convenience we accept payment by cash, check, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.  We can also set up recurring payments to be debited from either a checking or credit account, including Medical Savings Accounts (MSA/HSA).

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs.  Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit amount, which is distinct from regular dental insurance coverage.  Our new patient coordinator will check with your insurance company to determine what coverage you have in place.

Our new patient coordinator is happy to answer any questions you may have about your insurance benefits.

Please remember that the orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child.  If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
